Was totally new to Care.com. I was not sure how to reach out to them since I was keep getting to do background checking.. So I sent them an message on FB and Twitter around 8 PM eastern... First thing in the morning I get a Twitter message as well as FB message . Person who went out of the way was Allyson -super kind of customer service. She talks to the point, very thorough, even provides IT Support:) very good. I think it means a lot to people who are unaware. She is an exceptional and this kind of service should not go unnoticed. I would recommend them across the board anywhere.. This is first time and super good..they do not feel or oh i am swamped..they are prepared to give a support number to call. That was amazing. I wanted to personally thank and i would definitely across the world. As you can see every one says i speak my mind only. Honesty comes on top of it. Everyone knows how my ethics and integrity..you can see the way I write.. what comes in my mind and I write immediatley. Please ensure to recognize them .. Appreciated. Sri

I have used Care.com over the past year to hire a handful of babysitters. The site is an invaluable resource. I tend to use the search option to look for care givers that I think will be a good match for our family. I am able to narrow my search by criteria that are important to me, which gives me a fantastic basis for connecting with providers. From there, I can contact providers directly via the site. I like that I can do this without disclosing any personal contact information to the provider until I am ready. In my experience, occasionally providers take a while to respond, or maybe their availability is out of date. But, this helps me eliminate them as candidates early on. The majority of the providers respond promptly, are courteous, and are eager to provide information about their qualifications and experience. I LOVE that I can run background checks right through the site. So much can be done on the site to screen candidates, which saves a ton of time! Of the sitters we have hired, I have been so impressed by the quality of their care. We had initially be worried and skeptical about hiring a "stranger." But our experience has been wonderful and I wish I hadn't waited so long! Our sitters are truly remarkable young women who are great role models for my children, especially my own young daughter. I am so glad I connected with some great babysitters on the site and I completely recommend Care.com to other parents.
