Care.comReviews of care.com

Hi my name is MaryAnn. I've been on Care.Com for over a year and I absolutely love it. I'm a dog walker and animal caregiver and I have got so many jobs through this site. I will stay on Care as long as I do this kind of work. If there are any questions or concerns they answer you with in 24 hours. I highly recommend this site whether your looking for work or looking for someone to care for your pets, children, or elderly parents. I give it a 5 star rating

I've used Care.com 3 times to find tutors for my middle school and high school aged daughters. All 3 times, I had great responses to my jobs and quality options to select from. My requirements were fairly unique and specific -- and each time I found tutors that my daughters loved. The mobile app is simple to use and intuitive. In fact, we found one of the tutors while we were discussing the need for a tutor over lunch at a local restaurant. We found the perfect tutor all within about 15 minutes using the mobile app. I was impressed! Care.com to the rescue!

I have been a Care.com member for about five years. Throughout those years I have always had the best experiences with their user-friendly site and easy communication set-up. Personally, I have met the most phenomenal families to work for as a part-time nanny while I was in college. Most recently, I was lucky enough to have found a full-time nanny position for a family that considers me to be a part of their own family. My experiences have been nothing but positive and safe; and I thank Care.com for allowing me the opportunity to meet such incredible families, and make lasting relationships.

I used care.com when I first moved across country to find a job and was not let down by the experience. I secured several clients and loved the user friendly flow of the site. Since then I had a need to hire a Nanny and did not hesitate to use Care.com. I love the Back ground check options and when I did need to call Customer service, they were friendly and efficient. this site is an effective tool for both employment and finding care needs! two thumbs up!

Hi to be honest I did find a really reliable cleaner in the first month. But she was the only one who actually turned up for the interview. Very disappointed to find out that i have been billed for a monthly subscription for quite some time without being informed about it at the point when i paid the initial payment. It is also very difficult to cancel the subscription. For a company dealing with the infirm and elderly the subscription process should be made crystal clear and easy to cancel

I don't think I will renew after the first 3 months are over. The site is just so user unfriendly.

As a young professional, I live a pretty busy life - rarely do I come home before 10pm. My busy schedule isn't much of a problem for me, but my dog, Rosy, often has to pay the price. Therefore, I decided to look for a dog walker/dog sitter to keep Rosy company while I'm out working. Finding solid candidates for Rosy was made extremely easy through Care.com. I was able to browse through an extensive list of dog sitters and dog walkers with great ease and comfort knowing that the individuals listed were vetted and safe. Eventually, I found Daniel and she has been a lifesaver for Rosy! I highly recommend utilizing the Care.com service for any and all of your care needs. You will definitely not regret it.

Care.com is a truly valuable service for families and caregivers. I know several families who have used it to find child care, and many friends who have used it to find jobs. When my mom needed help to care for my grandparents, she used the premium service to find a great backup senior caregiver, Annie, who was able to come in twice a week and help share the load of caring for an aging parent. Finding Annie would have been impossible without a local network like Care.com's.
