Was switched to the more expensive monthly billing without my knowledge. When I contacted them they basically told me too bad. This seems to be a common practice for them. Buyer beware, how reputable can they be if they use bait and switch billing practices.

Hi Rum, We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Care.com memberships do renew automatically until canceled and if a promotional code was used then it would only apply to your initial membership. With that said, once a membership is selected Care.com would never change a membership. We would be happy to further assist you and clarify your membership and billing concerns. Please reach out to us at [email protected].

I'm very happy to report I've just started my third caregiving job because of care.com! This latest one is the best yet! I was easily contacted & pre interviewed through this site, with care.com protecting my Information until I was secure in putting myself out there more. I love caregiving and helping those who can't help themselves. Thank you care.com! Unfortunately in what I do that usually ends in the passing of a client, and it's good to know that when I'm ready to emotionally take on another client, you're there to help! Thank You!!

I found an excellent provider with Care.com and had some difficult canceling membership via the care app. I called customer service to help me and spoke with Immanuel. He was efficient and friendly, and effectively solved my issue. One con: There is no easily accessible phone number for customer service. I had to go though third party website. I am frankly shocked that I had such a good experience because when websites take the time to hide their number it is usually because they offer poor customer service. Care.com should embed the number in a easily accessible place and be proud because the customer service was great!

HI Leah! We're glad to hear that you found an excellent caregiver on the site! Our app does have limited features compared to our full desktop site and I apologize for any issues you had with the app and locating our phone number. Our Member Care number is available through the Contact Us and Help section of your Care.com account. We are glad you were able to reach us and we appreciate the wonderful feedback on Immanuel and will pass it along!

Vi har søgt en barnepige. Det er absolut ikke gratis. Det oplyses først når man forsøger at tage kontakt til barnepigen. Så koster det små 300 kr/måned i en abonnementsordning, som man skal huske at opsige. Ikke godt nok!

I really love care.com. Their service makes it possible to find babysitters who will work unusual hours. And, if you have any problems, their phone customer service is excellent. They always answer my questions or resolve any issues I thought I had. I highly recommend care.com.
