Was unable to find part time nanny . Return on the investment is very poor. It is very time consuming and caregivers who appear available are not actually available.

After 6 months and 40 terrible experiences we decided to just stop. We asked repeatedly for help from the site, and when their advice resulted in two women interviewing on drugs the site brushed us off. One of the worst women had two felony drug convictions that didn't show on their background checks! As well as a pop for child endangerment! We found better help through the school. Never again!! What a waste

It's discouraging when you take time to reach out for potential helpers and they go thru the process to schedule an interview and then they are a no show and or respond to any messages. I'm going to try one more time, but I not that hopeful of finding a responsibIe person. I have difficulty paying the 1 month fee for the service. $39 is kind of high to get nothing in return.

I did not have a good experience with care.com. I signed up for one month & NEVER used their service. However after the first month they continued to withdraw from my account the monthly fee because I never cancelled my ONE month membership.

This website is flat out impossible to use way too often. Another major issue is that scam artists are somehow able to access your personal information such as your name and phone number and then proceed to text you trying to scam you in some way. This happened to me many time and also to a nanny that I hired from here NOT GOOD and probably unsafe. BEWARE!
