I have been with Care.com for over a year. They haven't helped me find even one job. I have 35 years experience in my field. I've had people want to review me only to be told they must first join Care.com. Other agencies don't require this. Very dissatisfied.

I have been listed on care.cin for 8 years, held many positions through care.ciom. My issues are only with technical side of site in last year when many changes have been made causing me many hours of frustration on the mobile site from a new I phone. Nothing seems to be resolved if you bring it to the tech side. I still have listings from Massachusetts appearing on my San Diego site. Never been there. Many other issues make use challenging in a smart phone. Most care givers are not using a computer when working and depend on this nibike site . Need have a better issue resolution portal.

I am a very passionate caregivier and love what I do, but unfortunately I have joined and been highlighted and the only thing I got out of it was scams:(. No good cases.

I've truly been scammed! You follow all of Care.com's instructions & pay for this "premium membership " for nothing. I don't know how many background checks I have run (& paid for), but they're never on my account. I always get a message saying increase your chances by getting a background check. I have plenty of experience in the childcare background & I renew my membership for nothing. I get more work by word of mouth from other clients. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

After I retired from teaching, I started looking for some part-time work through Care.com. I began with a couple of petsitting clients, and at that time, I had no idea that Care.com would be the way that I built my business to what it has become. Nearly four years into my petsitting business, my client base has grown to the point that I have hired two friends to help me manage visits on days that are especially busy. Between jobs that I get from the site and client referrals, I now work full time at a job that I love. I've met the nicest people who have become valued clients and friends. Care.com is easy to navigate, and the customer service department replies in a timely manner whenever I have a question. I find the six-month fee for a premium membership very reasonable. I am very grateful to Care.com for helping me to start a new career after 30 years of teaching!

I have been a member for over a year now and although it was slow getting started I have had some very good experiences. Unfortunately, it took paying to upgrade to get my account noticed, but it paid off in the long run, so it is worth it, if you really want to find jobs. Making connections and adding references also helps and once I did this and upgraded my account I did and still do get many job offers.

Care.com has helped me to safely and successfully connect with potential / future housekeeping clients. I am very happy with the service you provide and appreciate the ease of navigation within the site itself Gratefully, Lisa D.

I did not have s good experience. Every time I tried to update profile it wound but as it went back to the original I was trying to edit and I never could get my photo or bio approved and filled suggestions on the card.com webdite
