I have been a member with Care.com for several years now. I have never received a sitting job through this site. I have applied for many jobs. I'm totally disappointed and don't plan to stay a member much longer. It's been a huge waste of my time.

I have got a lot of jobs through Care.com , I have recommended them to many of my friends also. I like that they give people your background check if you like so they know who they are hiring also . I also like there is a # to call if you have a problem with the site . Very satisfied with this site. Helen

When I looked it over, it looked like I would have many opportunities to pet sit. But since I hardly ever get timely notifications of opportunities. I consider this service to be worthless.

I have been a member since 2009 and I have never been able to post any pictures I submitted always rejected. I am a member of two other sites that took the same pics I sent you. This has hurt my business on ur site.

On this site I found all information that help me in my job and care about my safety ( and others safety ) . The people that I met through this site are really wonderful. I recommend this site strongly. Silva D.

Excellent company

I really wish I hadn't paid for the membership. I didn't understand that it wasn't required and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. Website is not super user friendly. For example, my profile shows I am available for after-school care, but I am not and despite several attempts I was never able to make that go away. Customer service was basically nil. I had someone post a review for me and they somehow lost it so it never did get posted to my profile. I ultimately got my job through word of mouth, so didn't really need care.com at all.

I was honestly surprised by how many great jobs are listed on Care. I went into it thinking that I would find a few job listings here and there, but nothing particularly worthwhile. That's been my experience on some of the other sites. I was pleasantly surprised, though. At one point I was searching for a part-time position and corresponded with about 8 different families, but even when I ended up searching for full-time positions, I had my choice between several offers. It's often times very hard to find full-time nanny positions, but Care has them and they're plentiful if you are committed to finding job. I am currently working full-time for an amazing family that I never would have found had it not been for this service.
