I got connected with several families through this site. I did not have any problems with the people that were reaching out to me, they were all really great families!! I wish the site and mobile app were more user friendly, but they have been updating them slowly but surely.

I never got any jobs from this site. Even after responding to numerous job ads, only a few even looked at my résumé. It all was a waste of money and I paid 2 membership cycles.

I didnt give it 5 stars because the app is not excellent, it needs tweaked a bit. On the app it doesnt show all the jobs I have applied for. And once you apply you cant easily get back to see the job information again. There are couple other things app needs tweaked on. The website is netter than the app.

I think this site is best for people to contact you first for childcare or petcare. All but two of the people who posted a childcare or petcare need that I took the initiative to apply for never responded or sent a sketchy response. I think there are many fake postings on this site to make it look busier than it is.

I am honored to speak so highly of an ad company. I have never had a problem with them. Ive been a member for more than 6 years. I have had excellent clients . I am very grateful for this company. I finally am able to do what i was meant to do. To help families keep their loved ones at home longer. I like to select families of 1 child of infant or toddler age as that is where I am most experienced. I also like to select older (late 20-35) as they know what they want and can provide a good atmosphere for their child

As a self-service website, the families and individuals that post a job are the ones responsible to follow up with their applicants.
