Care.com have an educated and excellent customer service support team that will answer all your questions and concerns to support you to be with that COMPATIBLE/RIGHT family. I personally recommend to all and apply for free because care.com delivers outstanding and rewarding results.

I have been on the site for sometime now, maybe three months. I have yet to have luck in finding a job. I've sent out around 30 applications, however I can't tell if everyone is just ignoring me or can't see me. I wish I could just know if they have looked at what I sent.

Your site is basically well done, easy to navigate & I like the "refine" feature. However, there are some annoying flaws. First, the pay rates listed in the ads are RARELY accurate. Second, the age range of the children is too broad & should be more specific, especially the 7 months-3 year span. Third, families should be required to state the sexes since nannies may have a boy or girl preference. Fourth, the ads need to be more detailed about what clients ACTUALLY want. Examples: if they require nannies to drive their kids to/from wherever...the ACTUAL hours/days they need care instead of your site's pre-listed time frames & MOSTLY an accurate account of what they really expect. I went on a "trial run" for a family who's ad stated "nanny for baby @ $15-$20 per hour", which ended up being a maid to clean a 10 room house plus bathrooms, do 7 people's laundry & care for a baby @ $12ph. Fifth, if they have quirks like no TV or want their children disciplined a certain way. The parents I work for now don't allow their 3 yr old ANY TV & they're SUPER busy so she's SERIOUSLY behind on her numbers & letters by not benefitting from educational shows like Sesame Street. I try to work with her frequently but she has ZERO interest so I believe a little bit of kids friendly TV would help. In addition, a while back I had a family that was super harsh & verbally abusive toward their kids & expected me to adhere to that, which Of course I couldn't , so was constantly "scolded". I truly believe the kids were physically abused too but couldn't prove it. All of the above mentioned issues not being addressed waste both the nannies' & the clients' time for the application & interview process. Last, I LITERALLY get texted daily from scammers who got my info from your site so the screening process needs to be WAY better.

You keep riposting the same jobs all over again and again... I live in South Hills of Pittsburgh and I know is very rich area and so many citizens who needs help.. I my cancel my service which I paid for

I've been a member of care.com for approximately 8 years. I've found so many great families and work experiences on this cute. Whenever I've had a problem and needed to contact them they were prompt and helpful. I've recommended this site to countless people and both my mom, daughter and aunt have profiles.
