Easy to post a position and always find a candidate. However, if your position isn't typical (normal childcare or home health care for elderly, it is hard to describe accurately the position and harder to narrow the search to candidates that match.

I signed up with Care to find someone to help complete housework. I found many people and sent several emails out but only heard back from one person out of 12. I called a couple of the companies listed and even requested my information to go to similar companies and received no contacts back. I emailed for a background check to be completed for the one person that did email me back but was never informed that it was approved or that it was completed. I went back on today to find out what is going on and had to re-request the same information because it expired. This website seems good in theory but practicality seems to be lacking in making connections. I am highly disappointed in this website and disappointed that I spent money on this site and background check service.

Still no match close by available for the hours year round. Had only 1 response from applicant who lives too far away and only looking for work before college goes back.

Complete waste. Didn't find a single babysitter and the website is awful to navigate. You should be able to narrow down your search by availability. Spent too many hours searching for nothing.

I recently had a major surgery and am bedridden after 6 weeks and will not be able to drive for another 2 months. I found a registered nurse on care . Com as well as a housekeeper. I couldn't be happier! Very professional and caring. The service made it easy to feel confident that pre screening had been done so I had many choices. Thanks

This membership has been a waste of time and money. Potential applicants don't provide the requested references. Applicants do not respond to follow-up emails.
