The company is completely useless. They kept rejecting my add because of BS answers such as including THE CITY I live in, or saying I was posting on behalf of someone else. Their customer service is a joke and is completely useless.

I had/have a hard time navigating sites, and has been hard to figure out if the people I have turned down, know my answer. I have hired Jessica P. and she is excellent. So I don't need any more names coming in. This is a good and needed service. Good to find vetted people. My biggest problem was moving around the site. I wanted to talk to a 'real' person.

Great platform to connect with job seekers and to post specific job opportunities.

I’ve been using care.com since 2018. As a caregiver this has been a huge help in getting clients to work for. This is the only app that I’ve ever used since I started working on my own and it’s made finding work safe and easy. I’ve never had an issue with the app or anything that didn’t get taken care of right away. I’ve been a caregiver for over 10 years now and I’ve never been without work since I started using care.com. It’s been a huge help in letting me do the kind of work I love.

Very easy to navigate from page to page. Easy to communicate with potential hiree.

I have found work on Care.com, but I have to apply to many jobs (20+) to get it! Many of the "posters" don't even read my message/application, which makes me question whether these people are really looking for care or assistance. I know Care.com had judgments to pay in the past for making it appear many more jobs existed and not all postings were real people seeking care. I truly hope this is no longer the case, but I have to wonder. So many "job listings" and the person posting often doesn't bother reading the responses, even when only 3 or 4 people apply? Seems strange.

Care.com has been wonderful source for families and caregivers for decades. Stick close to their guidelines because you must be careful of people scamming your private information for sales or worse. Care.com will kick scammers off but cannot protect you from what you share
