Waste of time and money. I cannot worn you enough, just do not consider this website. It’s one of the most horrible experience ever!! I wish I could do negative 5!

Honestly please do not waste your money. BE CAREFUL. I signed up for a 3-month membership, I barely got any leads, kept getting referrals but no responses. Once I found someone they strung me along for a whole month until I got a fake check in the mail. I did not cash it and realized the whole thing, that I got very invested in was a scam. Upon reaching out to care.com I got no response. I gave up on using the site because of my horrible experience. To make matters worse I checked my bank account and was unknowingly charged an extra $48.00 for another 3 month membership that I did not want and did not sign up for. Upon reaching out to care.com again I was emailed back basically saying they won't refund me, and something about the account having to be inactive for over 30 days for any refund. I told them i have not used it and the only reason I was on there for the first time in over 2 months yesterday was to see why in the world i was being charged more of my hard-earned money. The email i received in return was also very ingenuine and insensitive. Care.com does NOT, well... care. They said that my account was active within the time i was charged... i tried to explain that it was active because i was canceling my renewal, and trying to delete the entire account.This website is obviously in it for the money, and they do not do background checks on the families. I have also read other posts and reviews that are similar. I honestly wish i would have searched for reviews about care.com before i was ROBBED of $96.00+ dollars for a membership, as well as $14.99 for a background check that never came through my time, and effort. I wish i could say a single good thing about Care.com but I sadly cannot. I do not recommend wasting time and money with this website

Can you give a zero? Waste of money. No qualified senior caregivers on site for major city. Looks like there might be quite a few until you realize after signing up that that other people are active on the site. They do not reply to messages. It is a total waste of money and the customer service is horrible. Even when you end your membership, they refuse to refund the fee you paid for the remaining, unused membership. They won’t even discuss refunding your whole membership. They refuse to get a customer service manager on the phone. Company management hides behind these barricades of their call center and simply tries to live off the past old initial reputation. Don’t waste your money.

Disappointed with service. Caregiver barely spoke English. No car; so, errands were out of the question. If you choose to use this service; it won’t take long to realize, it was a mistake

I tried to find work as a tutor on this site. Turns out I gotta pay for their premium service to....message my would-be clients? Hard NOPE right there. Out of ALL the dumb things to lock behind a paywall, it's the ONE thing that would get me the money I need to PAY said fee, because that's why I'm using their site in the first place: the need for money. Yeah, that's dumb, and they're dumb for doing it.

Care.com is a terrible service and deceptive in how they charge. i signed up for a 1 month description and somewhere in their fine print it says that they auto-renew. I intentionally signed up for a 1 month subscription, that is what my account is listed as, and they still kept charging me despite my 1 month subscription heading for my account. Intentionally deceptive company. Also, when i "hired" someone from a distance, I spoke with them on phone, made arrangements for them to care for my mother the next day and they did not show. They do not screen their people at all

took money out my account for 2 years until they sent me a renewal notice and I caught it, if someone is not using your service why would you take that money, did you think it was a gift for nothing, in most places that is theft, used their service for one month never again and did not get any caregivers either, they are not being a legitimate business.

Waardeloze site. Aan de voorkant krijg je andere mensen te zien die hun hulp aanbieden dan aan de achterkant. Opzeggen van abonnement is al helemaal uitzoekwerk. Je kiest ervoor om te betalen voor 1 maand zodat je het kunt gebruiken. Vervolgens verlengen ze het nogmaals. Staat heel ver weg verstopt op hun website hoe je het kan stopzetten. Oplichters.
