I listed my job for £29 and then cancelled. They didn't cancel my account and not only did my subscription renew without my authority, but they proceeded to take even more money by charging the monthly fee 3x for no reason! They do not honour cancellation requests, I had to contact American Express to block them from using my card.

Worst customer service. They are robots and repeat the same lines. Membership rolled over and was a pending charge and they refused to cancel. I'll have my bank fight them instead. Run away.

Horrible experience. My membership auto-renewed, though I didn't expect it to. I reached out to them literally within 1 hour of the automated charge to my card. I didn't communicate with any caregivers during that time, or for several days prior. They refused to refund the auto-renewal.

This is the 3rd time I've used care.com. The last 2 times I placed an ad seeking a caregiver for my adult disabled daughter my job never even showed up!! And I could find no phone number for customer service! I paid $39 both times & my ad never showed, so I didn't have any applicants!! All I could do was look at & contact the people who were looking for a job. However they either didn't respond or weren't interested in my job. What a waste of money!! I have better luck with Facebook job postings & it's free.

This site sucks, I have been working as a nanny for 10 years, I had like 20 good reviews of happy clients, and care.com decided to close my account because I lady complained about me, just because she asked me my hourly rate, I said 20$ per hour and she wrote “ lol I can’t pay that lol, it would be like 800$ Per week” and I said why is that funny? A lot of families pay me that. So the lady said I was rude. And this site closed my account, my work for 10 years with great reviews! I am single Mom and I was finding jobs there to pay my bills! Care.com sucks! Don’t support this site!

There is no customer service. There are fake recommendations. Most caregivers I contacted did not reply at all.

The people they had on their list were unqualified and did not match what I put into the criteria. And once I found someone to talk to they either never responded or did not show up for an interview. They only care about money - and have no interest in helping you protect and care for your child. As evidenced by their latest marketing crap

OPLICHTERS! Ik heb mij NOOIT opgegeven voor een premium pakket of wat dan ook op jullie website en toch flikken jullie het al maanden lang elke keer 35 euro te stelen. Walgelijk dit soort mensen. Kapot schamen zou ik me!
