Please be aware.. Care.com doesn’t care about customers or caregivers.. The only thing that they care is to take money from both of them.. If you are a caregiver and if you want to report an issue.. They are just careless.. Just they want YOUR money.. I paid for my background check and they never updated my profile.. They are not doing background checks in the customers so it’s a lot weirdos that are looking for sex or who knows.. Is NOT worth it At ALL!!

There is no 1-800 number to contact care.com support. I waited weeks for a background check for which I paid over $300.... I believe care.com is run by one or two people who have no interest in helping their customers problem solve.

Used this company for a number of years. Good caregivers most of them. The Company itself is the pits. Be careful, if you have a card on file they will hit you for a renewal with any kind of notice. $200 down the drain. No apology, no thank you, no notice even afterwards. That sucks.

On April 22, 2021 we paid $33.03 to access and connect to childcare providers. We had names and contact information for two providers that we connected with whom we were going to interview. Our service ended on May 21, 2021 and care.com has hidden the contact information for these childcare providers from our view. We paid for a service, and now they are removing access to a service we were paid for preventing us from following up with the providers unless we make another payment to them. Care.com's actions equate to false advertisement and theft from both the person who paid (us) as well as the childcare provider offering service. Unethical. Immoral. Wrong.

I checked out their site for only a minute and now they won't stop emailing me. I sent many requests asking them to stop the emails but they haven't.

Absolutely scam. I need a caregiver for my elderly father. This seems like a great place to find someone and with the free account I found several people who could help him. But, to respond to their applications I have to pay at a minimum 38.95 for one month! At the high end it's over 144.00 for a year. This could be such a great service and very useful, but instead it is just a rip off.
