The profiles are fake and a click bait to make you pay for the subscription. They have photos of beautifull young women who they look like they are about to finish their law degree who they will clean your flat. None of them exist and noone will answer its a clickbait.

TERRIBLE customer service. They send you 100 emails a week but will not ever send you one to remind you of a payment. If you do forget to cancel beforehand, you WILL NOT be refunded as they do not do that. Customer service is no help and will tell you they have "disclosed" the information multiple times but when you ask, they actually only tell you once, when sign up. I DO NOT recommend this site, find something else for care.

People writing these reviews are clueless to the world of scams concerning websites. I could go on and on but here is the short of it. 80% of the profiles (the ones you see and respond too or the ones responding to your request).... yes, they mostly are ghost profiles (fake). You will have correspondence back and forth with nothing but computer generated responses or an employee leading you on that you are communicating with a real business situation(you are not communicating with the person in the profile). It is all a ploy to make you think things are swell and good. Once in a while, you will find a real profile (who may not work out anyway) but you must waste hours of time responding to all the fake profiles, with fake responses. All just to lead you on. Many times the program will send you a response representing a real profile. The real profile person never sent this response. You find out the are not interested. Bottom line... you waste hours with all the fake stuff to maybe , one day , find a real situation.

This outfit is shocking. They encourage people to sign up and post jobs. Then ask for £30 minimum to be able to contact the applicants, who by this time have already taken the trouble to respond to your ad. Fine is they are open and honest about their fees but the whole process is very underhand. They are also seemingly hard or impossible to contact as we have emailed them several times and not had the courtesy of a response. Avoid them like the plague.

Misleading and deceptive to user. They donot disclose up front that you MUST pay to connect with interested worker. They advertise ‘upgrade to premium’ for a better chance of connecting, but what they don’t say is that you cannot connect with people without it! I feel sorry for all those looking for work through this. They must be wondering why no one ever gets back to them. Truly the worst site for both those looking for help and those seeking work. Simply because they don’t disclose the true cost of the service upfront.
