Do not use this service. I signed up and every provider that I contacted was not available. Not one conversation. I wish I had read the reviews before using the service.

SCAM. Yep, everything terrible you’ve heard about Care.com is true. Do NOT give them your credit card, personal info, let alone SSN! Cannot believe this company is still in existence after these scathing reviews and how many people have gotten ripped off. Really wrecked my faith in humanity for the day, gonna go for an aggressive run and/or eat way too much chocolate now.

Dreadful service. Take your money even after subscription cancelled. Fail to respond to emails. Do not waste your money.

Took out a 1 month subscription, they continued to charge me. They do not engage with you or provide any facility for you to cancel your subscription, you can't speak to them, they don't respond to messages via email, they don't respond via the website. They are clearly trying to setup stealth subscriptions on peoples credit card accounts in the hope they don't notice.

I have tried and tried to cancel my account and they continue to bill me monthly. I’ve spoken to them and emailed. They keep billing me. Just a scam. Sorry I ever used them. So disappointed in the customer service.

Worthless. You cannot contact service providers with a free membership. You have to pay to even inquire if they are available for your work/project. And then they probably take a big chunk of what that person is supposedly being paid. Don't Bother. A waste of time.

Paid for 3 months of service for nothing. Careproivders would not accept my child care job. Many would not even respond to messages. Save your time and money!

These guys are fraud.. they haven't approved my job posting for 10 days. I told them to refund. They downgraded me but didn't refund. So I have a membership for 30 days, out of which 10 days is gone without getting my job approved.. This site should be penalized .. No wonder they have the ratings they have on trustpilot..
