SCAM ALERT!! Collect for background checks they never provide. No way to update your profile once established. The app advises user that changes to the profile must be reviewed. The profile never updates after you make changes to it online. Repeated emails go unanswered. Chat customer service has no listing of the two customer service numbers they claim are available, billing or safety concerns. They do not provide a phone number for maintaining your profile or other issues. Instead they direct you to your monthly billing statement for that information (not yet received). They also don't have any real-time information about your profile. Instead they provide general answers that do not solve your issue.

This company had the worst customer service yet.I was charged the monthly fee and could not get access into my account. I have reached out 4 times regarding the situation and still no response. They continued to charge my card without any of the services. I have still not heard back from them. Had to cancel my card.

Totale oplichterij deze site…. Hoe heb ik zo stom kunnen zijn 35 euro te betalen zonder te checken. Ik ga zeker aangifte doen en zal de eigenaar vinden aangezien ik met IDeal heb betaald……

Barely anyone responds or has accurate info on their profiles. Even worse is that I cancelled months ago and they continued charging me AND won't refund my account after I flagged the issue to them.

I signed up to get clients and they charged me $30 for a month and never got any clients. SCAM

I joined Care to find a house cleaner. I posted my request and did not get a response. There were no instructions to post. I finally revised my post and received several applicants. As I tried to reply, the site would crash. The message area for applicants and customer service was covered by my keyboard on my iPad and iPhone. I had to collapse my keyboard every sentence to see what I had written. I had several questions which I I emailed to their customer service, the first on Nov. 5 and Nov. 9. I was supposed to receive a response within 48 hours. Still have not heard back. Today I used chat with customer service, it took 45 minutes and my issues were not resolved. Of course there is no refund of any kind. This is by far the worst online company I have ever used and I would recommend NOT to use it or pay for a membership.

I cannot believe how big this company is and how bad they are at operating. I was charged $15 directly before being told i’m not allowed to have an account. I tried every possible route to contact them and only got a response on Twitter. They told me they couldn’t give me an answer as to why I can’t have an account and that I had to go through iTunes to get a refund. Absolutely horrible, horrible business.

Stängde mig från kontot utan någon som helst förklaring. Betalade visserligen tillbaka mina pengar, men trots flera kontakter vill de inte svara. Och siten fungerar inte särskilt bra
