Wondering how I get tech support since I can't sign in and can't get through the update your password screen. Really? There's not a phone number or screen i can get through to a human being. I'm ready to work, after finishing my last Care.com job. I just don't get the lack of customer service. I'm done. I'll post in local networks.

Do not pay any subscription fees! Job postings are few and far between, and I'm not even sure they are real. Forget customer service--I've emailed them on 3 separate issues and although they say they'll respond with 24-72 hours, they never do. Just awful!

I am a care provider, signed up in October, 2021 and got contacted the next day by someone wanting my services. I was hired within 10 days. Great experience.

Terrible customer service. I spent 30 minutes trying to find a phone number to speak to someone about the account. When I finally found a phone number in the small print of the “contract” online, there’s a recorded message saying “many of your questions can be answered online in FAQs” then it hangs up on you. What about the questions not answered? Then I tried the chat and after giving all of our information, the agent conveniently got disconnected so I had to go over the problem again... Don’t use this company.

DO NOT USE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. You will not find anyone there. they keep claiming someone trying to get in touch in your area and is not true so then you enter your bank details and you will never be able to cancel. If you have given them your bank details please call your bank to make sure there is no more transactions coming from them

even 1 star is too much to them . Not able to speak with anyone., they don't provide any way to contact with them , just take your money.
