Placed an ad, lots of applications but no one would respond or setup an interview. Total scam!!!! I signed up for a month but they charged me a year subscription.

I almost hired someone whose profile stated she was a registered nurse and certified nurse assistant. I checked her many other platforms and she represents herself as a Physician's Assistant as well. I looked for licensing and certification and she is not listed in any medical licensing database for the State. It is a crime to represent yourself as an PA/RN if you are not. I requested a refund because they are allowing criminal activity on their website. They told me no refunds. DO NOT HIRE ANY CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE FROM THEM. They do not vet their senior care professionals.

My husband and I purchased an account to try and find a nanny. After a couple of days we did some editing to update our needs ad contact information. Within minutes of doing this we were locked out of the account. No reason was given. No refund. We did not violate any rules listed. There is no phone number listed on their website - although you can find one on the internet if you search enough - but when you call it tells you to go to the website and hangs up. There is a chat option, but you have to log in to use that - which you can't do when you've been locked out of your account. We have tried emailing them 3 times through their website in the last week and haven't gotten a response.

Was looking for a cleaner and this site came across to me. I have set up my account but stick to the basic account as I dod not have intentions to sign up yet. Thank god I didn’t. I have chosen a few women and then site said they have messaged them on behalf of me. Then this morning got a message that I have some replies. But can’t see their messages without upgrading the account (£29.99/month) you kidding me!!!! So then I have started thinking that tjis can’t be right, came here and so all the negative messages! 100% avoid this site as it is a SCAM! Messaged them this morning that I want to delete my account as they don’t offer this option on their site! I am mot happy that they keep my personal contact details in their database! Ridiculous!

Noone of the babysitters respond! Don’t waste your time! They read the messages and never respond. These people don’t take it serious to babysit your children. This is an awful business. Very disappointed

HORRIBLE Care.com is now blocking me from being able to use their site because of my bad review - when I've prepaid over 100.00 for a year and I still have another 6 months left - and they refuse to do anything about it. They won't refund me and are blocking me. I wrote them and, as usual, they didn't help - but only made things worse.

SCAM ALERT: Care.com will continue to charge your credit card after you deactivate and close your account. You cannot delete it, and you cannot contact them. Their phone number is automated and auto hangs up after a message (no people), they do not respond to emails and do not have an online chat (they charge a huge fee you attempt to access an online chat. Immediately cancel any payment method you registered directly with your bank and specifically ban care.com from withdrawals/charges and report them immediately. They do not have any real clients, you will not get any business from this platform.

Pas op voor deze oplichters. Blokkeer iedere poging tot afschrijving, Geef ze aan bij de ACM. Hoe meer aangiften, hoe eerder het afgelopen is. Deze bende werkt volgens mij al een jaar of 5 zo.
