If I could give them 0 rating I would. My daughter signed up for one month to use their website. They will automatically charge you for the next month if you specifically do not cancel this feature. I went on to use their website because they said I would get free usage for a limited time but when an applicant contacted me I had to pay them to see it. What a SCAM!

Zero stars. There is no way to contact this company. No email, no phone number. And the chat only works for members. I was a member but closed my account AND had cancelled my premium membership back in 2019. I have two emails confirming this. However, my husband just noticed that our credit card is still being charged a recurring payment. I want my money back NOW.

This is definitely a scam. I was convinced to upgrade to premium subscription to see the 16 messages I have received in my Inbox for my job post - only to find out all the messages were auto-generated. UPDATE: I have sent messages to the listed profiles - specially the ones that are shown as very active to receive 0 replies.

My credit card was billed for a renewal of their annual subscription services. I did not authorize the renewal and did not plan on renewing my subscription as it was a complete waste of money and was not helpful. I barely used the prior years subscription and just accepted the loss. I did not receive a reminder email with a notification explaining that my credit card would be charged for autorenewal like most companies do. I was charged $164.45. If I would have received the auto renewal reminder I would have realized it would autorenew and would have promptly cancelled my account before my credit card was charged. I was refused a refund and I was told I was not eligible for a refund and that subscriptions are not refundable. Then they close my inquiry and if I want to discuss the matter further I have to open a new request and start all over. I also was refused tax exempt status. No matter what it was the answer was no. They do not stand behind their product and they do not clearly explain important details except what they try to hide in their policy of use and privacy practices. I don't think I have ever worked with a company that was so against their customers. They have bad business practices and do the bare minimum to trick you into endless billing.

Just NO, zero stars. Don't use this site expecting to hire care. I posted one job weeks in advance of when I needed assistance, even sent messages to their suggested caregivers; no luck. One unknown caregiver contacted me, but after talking, I knew there was a serious language barrier, so that wouldn't work. Called care.com and they won't refund my subscription. Can't wait to tell everyone I know in San Antonio, Military City USA what happened.

The site says you can get a babysitter. I have listed 8-10 times. I had only two people accept: 1 never showed up and never let me know, the other canceled on the day of the babysitting. You can't get your money back! And when I tried to inquire, they wanted me to pay to talk to someone! Very bad experience!

What a rubbish site. Most sites let you offer jobs for free and charge the trade person a commission for finding the work.. Im not paying £29 for one month to send one message.

I have copied this review from another review because it was EXACTLY the experience I had when trying to find care for my dad. I too had to look elsewhere for care. I too believed I was paying for a one-month service. There is NO telephone support. Unfortunately for me we did not notice the recurring charges for several months after I had stopped using the service. I would give less than this if I could. I signed for one month, no one could help and the majority of people did not reply. I had to look elsewhere for care for my Mother. Care.com however, continued to charge me then when I complained, refused to give me a contact telephone number or put me onto a supervisor, I was just dismissed. This would appear to be a completely unethical company, if you sign a trial for one month then you expect it to be one one. I will continue to fight for a refund as why would you pay for a service that they failed to provide. Appalling
