I'm sure they send an automatic email which you can't reply to, just to force you to pay for the premium membership, then you don't hear back from your email response. Beware that they also have an auto-renew on your initial membership so if you don't manually cancel it, you will continue to be charged monthly I wouldn't recommend using this company to find work.

I am a career nanny and find many of my jobs through this service. There are some times if I am not available for a job I refer some of the people that reach out to me to some of the girls on my team as I own a nanny agency. They keep disconnecting my account. I want my money back! I pay a monthly membership in order to get access to even more positions so I can personally take more jobs but my account keeps getting deleted. I will be suing if my money is not returned for background check and monthly subscription.

Read carefully. They charge EXTRA to do background reviews, so what are you paying for? I started to set up an account again for 3 months, saw that I would have to cancel myself at the end, there is no phone number, and when I saw the extra charge I decided not to do it. I had made an ad, they put it up without my permission, TRIED to charge me, but thank goodness they don't have a current credit card. And there is no way to pay except directly - no Paypal option, etc. I can picture the nightmare of trying to close the account.

The messages from them on Trustpilot are lies! They apologize and then tell you to contact them through help.care.com. It is useless! The help.care.com has an error message every single time I try to connect - many other reviewers have mentioned the same thing. I want to shout this from the rooftops: It is a scam and they are frauds.! I cancelled my membership a year ago and recently found out that they have charged my credit card for $583!! My credit card company qualifies this as fraud and I have to cancel my credit card because that is the only way to make them stop charging me.

My wife has spent months trying to cancel her care.com subscription. The website returns "cannot connect, too many re-directs." The help.care.com gives the same response. I spent hours trouble-shooting it to no avail. There is no customer service number. There is no customer service email address. Care.com may claim to be providing a service, but the fact is they have made it completely impossible to contact them to stop payment; that makes them a fundamentally unethical organization, no matter what else they do. Do you believe the 79% 1-star ratings on Trust Pilot, or do you believe the lies posted by care.com in response? This behavior should be illegal.

This is a scam company! Please be careful do not sign up with them. No professional ethic at all
