If I could give 0 stars I would. I have used this platform for years but will no longer be. I encountered a family who left a false review stating that they interviewed me when they did not. They somehow were able to deem me unreliable and not punctual when I have never met them, or even spoken to them over a phone call. The family went berserk because I offered my services a second time calling me unprofessional and mindless. I reported the family and reached out to the safety team 3 TIMES for them to tell me each time that they are unable to help me. The family continues to harass me with random messages and there is nothing being done about it. All of this is to say that Care.com truly sucks at keeping Nannies safe and comfortable.

Hello Tristen, I'm so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with someone on our site. You can easily report another member in any message you had with them through the site. Simply go to a message string with the member and on the right side of the page you will see a phone icon, a heart and three dots. Click on the three dots and you will then see the option to report a member right on the site. You can also find this feature on the member's Care.com profile.
