If I could give no stars I would. I never leave reviews but hope to prevent others having the same poor experience. I was completely desperate. I needed a cater quickly. I thought I had been careful and only taken out 1 month, however some how they managed to set up a monthly subscription, which I did not authorise. I did not realise this until I got a message saying I was being charged fir the second month. As soon as I was aware of this I got in touch and said that I wanted to cancel as I had not been able find carers. They basically said tough luck it’s in our terms and conditions. Not only was this response extremely poor the other reason I would never use this site is because it promises you a wide variety of carers where in actual fact I had one response several weeks after submitting for carers, which told me they were not available for a few months. This site is a total waste of time and money and basically a scam. Please don’t get drawn in no matter how desperate you are. They will not be able to help and will take your money. How they get away with such poor customer service is beyond me. Hopefully this review will help other being drawn into such a scam!!! Do not give them your hard earned money!

This people only taking money. They are very bad!!! They don't help to find job but only for money. I think police should check on them. They are the thieves. Be careful people!!!

Refunds refused!! They encourage to purchase a plan to to unlimited background checks for $420/yr and don't tell you up front that they already have their caregivers pay for background checks. I inadvertently hit the button to purchase this then tried immediately to cancel the charge via chat and was denied. I then called my ATM card number and file two charge disputes against them. I will now be trying to completely cancel the subscription. I agree that this is a scam and no way to do business.

I tried to book a babysitter. It didn't work out because we had different expectations. I cancelled. I was charged 20 dollars for no service. I cancelled within 2 hours of the person being assigned.

This company makes using their website clunky and difficult. I am tech savvy and was annoyed with how many clicks were needed to complete very simple tasks. I purchased the premium subscription and after one month of working within their system I gave up after being charged for another month of their "premium" service.

So I signed up for a month and actually found 2 people for my mum who has recently suffered a stroke . So I made sure I cancelled So I wouldn't get billed again well I thought I had took me right through all these questions then ask me if I had found someone so I tick the box thought that was it then a few days later takes another payment from my account. Now this is not an easy company to get hold of but finally found you can message them on fb I explained everything thing told them I had already found someone and something had gone wrong when I had cancelled but they wont refund my money . I definitely don't recommend this company and after seeing 79% 1 star reviews you can see why

I signed up for a 3 month not reading the fine print. And was charged an additional immediately reached out to them 5 times and after the 6th attempt they finally emailed me back and said that their policy states no refunds even if you don’t use the service. Highly disappointed and will never use them again. They also give you no where else to leave a review if they did they would be put on blast. I cancelled all together the account and everything so I’m hoping they don’t charge me an additional 80 dollars.
