I paid for 3 month membership. They asked for me to update my information. I did. Somehow the account got deleted because my name change just slightly from Tom to Thomas. Never got the refund. Never got the account open again. All the contacts were lost.

Not just 0 stars but also they have to be closed for their unfair, unreliable, unethical business. We have been a member on off since 2019. We were able to get refunds partially then for the automatic renewal that they state as part of their terms and conditions. Clearly we did not consent and requested automatic renewal to be cancelled several times in the past. Our requests were ignored, now again illegitimately charged for autorenewal and they do not agree to refund us. This business should just be closed.

So in June23 are used care.com to find a provider for a family member. It was a one time usage. Unfortunately, they continued to bill me monthly, refusing to refund the last three months where there was no usage of their services. When I called to see if I could get this matter resolved they simply said they would stop the subscription now, with no consideration for the past three months of billing. Be aware of unscrupulous practices of continued billing.
