CONSUMERS BE WARNED!!!! CARE.com should be shut down as it is closer to a scam than a service. It is misleading and does not have many options for caregivers. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Find a better option for finding care! Literally, anything would be better than this. THEY WILL TAKE your money and you cannot do anything about it. There is no benefit to using this service. It is a complete waste of money!

It was easy to look through applications, and receive people actually applying to my posted job. Plus I liked I could just look through anyone's profile and choose to message them. It was a smooth and easy and the person I decided to go with was AMAZING

Deceitful business. The website offered me a premium membership that supposedly includes the benefit of paying housekeepers online. Then, after I paid $50 for the premium membership, there was no way to pay the housekeeper on the website. I contacted customer service and they told me I will have to pay the housekeeper cash in person. I asked for a manager and was told one would get back to me but no one ever did. I reached out again and now they are refusing to refund the membership fees that I paid specifically to get the benefit of being able to pay housekeepers online. They say it's explained in their terms and conditions that you can only pay babysitters and pet sitters online, but I have a screenshot of the exact offer on care.com that claims you'll be able to pay housekeepers online with a premium membership. I'm just going to have my credit card reverse the charge since care.com refuses to act with integrity. Not surprised they have an average of 1.3 out of 5 stars from 3239 different reviewers. It's the same on the BBB website. Update: It's 11 days after the reply that care.com posted below, promising to follow up with me, and no one has been in touch. I reached out to them (for the third time) and another manager refused to refund me so I had my credit card reverse the charge. Don't give these people your money, they are frauds.

Jordan was wonderful. She took fantastic care of my pet. I highly recommend her.
