Every time that I contact care.com, they take care of my issue in very professional way. Their agents are very kind, respectful and knowlageble. They make sure to resolve any issue and they have been helpful. I have used car.com twice. Once when I was living in McLean Virginia and now in Fredericksburg I tried them again and I like it. They are very serious about our safety.

They don't tell you that you have to pay to become a "member" until after you've entered all your information, posted a job, and heard from providers. That is, you have to pay to contact any providers.

This was my first time using the service and I must say Cristina was great. She was dependable and prompt. She was engaging with the kids and kept me updated throughout the night. I highly recommend.

The auto renew policy is horrible. You know I was in need and did not read your terms and conditions. I trusted you. I will never be back. I will separately review you on Google and I am disputing the charges w my bank. I wish you no luck.

Care.com is a trustworthy, professional, safe and, reliable resource.

I was able to find an exceptional pet sitter on Care.com with less than 48 hr notice. The vetting and background check had already been done. Communication with the sitter was super easy and effective before and throughout the time of service. This was a one time deal. The only thing I don't like is the Care.com marketing push to pay to upgrade to a higher service level immediately after the job was completed. I see others saying users should watch their credit card that was used, which I’ll definitely do.

Joi was awesome. My son loved her
