The website job listing process is not good. I posted my needs with a subject line and that was not visible to the care givers. They could only save the information that I was required to put in. I could not put 2 times in one day to indicate two shifts because the job posting process does not aĺow this, so the end result looked like I wanted someone all day all week.

This company is a scam. When you go to downgrade services. It logs you out leaving you to believe that you no longer have membership when in reality you do. Then they charge you again. I complained about how they do things and requested my money back and was denied! Scam company. Beware

Good resource. The candidates sometimes respond as available/qualified even when they aren't, which means they must not be paying attention the job description, or don't care.

Charged for a year with no notice. Impossible to close account. Directions on the site for closing the account are fictional and noone ever appears on the chat. Do not sign up.

It would be so much easier for us Nannies to know when looking for families to apply for if the families are paid premium members or not. You can apply for the job and says ____isn't actively hiring. Which means not a pd member. Not sure if they are notified or even able to read applications sent to them, It's a waste of time and frustrating honestly. Also a lot of families leave jobs up for past times. For instance it's 3-24-24 today jobs started back in February or early March STILL up there but filled already! It's annoying. I can go on but I won't. Overall it's an OK experience.
