Within a few days I had more than 40 applications, interviewed 6 candidates and met one hired her on the spot. Great site very organized with smooth execution. Highly recommend the site.

It takes MONTHS to see any real improvement on the site. The mobile app is the least user friendly of any app I use. I am an experienced caregiver (I'm 64) and it shouldn't take 2 months to approve a new profile for a different section of the site. There is no one who can advise on utility and one can only submit ONE question at a time. Turnaround time is insanely slow as well. I have no choice but to use your site - I'm looking forward to being able to see my reviews. Again, "It's in the works" I'm told today. Aaaargh. The slowness of the team to get back to us only leads us to stalling out in the hiring and vetting process. Families need to be told to DELETE their listings once their position is filled. I can't tell you how many times I've received the message that the person is not actively hiring. THEN WHY ARE THEY POSTING?! It clutters up the site and leads to a waste of search time on the part of the caregiver. Needless redundancy. I am NOT recommending the site (and definitely not the app) until it improves.

I find your web site very confusing. I have yet to meet any dog walker as I missed one appt. on 4/16/24. I have not yet scheduled any appts with anyone else. It seems to be a bulky process that needs to be streamlined.

i HAD MANY choices however took the 1st one, as she lives close by and she is willing to do all that I need done. Plus she has all the information now to make sure I am well taken care of--at first I had no one but her and then a number emailed me.

For starters I actually deleted my acct by accident that I had for years n I had to do a new one. Second the availability doesn't work n it blocks your profiles n third I can't change my rate of pay. I did reach out to care on facebook and they never got back to me after I told them what happened. Ty
