Buyer beware!!!!! I cancelled my subscription and received an email stating my account was cancelled but I continued to get billed. They have no customer service and I dealt with a chat box that said no refunds!! What a scam!!! Impossible to cancel!!

It was fast. I got hooked up with hopefully will be a good care helper

I cancelled the service 2. weeks ago and was still charged for services not rendered. The charge was also duplicated 3 times!!!! This is horrible Customer Service.

Process went well

Their billing practices are shady. Every other annual membership I have I am alerted when it is time to renew. Now I cancelled my account and can no longer use it even though I just paid for a year’s worth. When speaking to their chat bot about a refund they say automatically there are no refunds. Charging full price for services not given is a scam.

I had an emergency and she went beyond duty. Definitely an angel.

Terrible company to do business with! They will make it seem like they’re only charging you for a monthly subscription and then charge your account as many times as they can! They charged me up to $400.00 within the first 5 minutes of signing up just for subscription and membership fees! RIDICULOUS! This was before I even contacted or hired anyone on the website yet! They’re a rip off and will take your $$$ and run with it! I spent weeks disputing the charges with my bank and they could not refund me! You can’t even get in touch with any real customer service representatives or phone lines! Do not trust or do business with Care.com & DO NOT give them your money!

I was unable to access or communicate with the sitter. I am still unsure if she is even booked. I have not received any confirmation from care.com. I am not pleased with the site. I had a membership that I was basically forced into purchasing because of the site which I was also unhappy with so I unsubscribed to that. Overall not a great experience.
