I had a woman her first name is Jackie and she cared for my mother-in-law for years. Obviously we really cared for my mother-in-law (Mama) and loved her very much unfortunately she's past. But what I would like you to know is that Jackie is extremely reliable honest caring and listened to the many stories my mother-in-law had to say. She also did light cleaning which she didn't have to do she watched TV with my mother-in-law she helped her with her bathing getting dressed putting on medications Etc Jackie is located in the Pittsburgh area and if you want a knowledgeable and professional and compassionate person she's your girl !

Horrible !! I signed up for 12.99 monthly and they STOLE the whole year from my account . I called immediately and they wouldn’t let me cancel . Rip off scam artist

Why do I need to delete my account and start a new one to add a background check to my profile? I moved since last time I used the website, but I can't change my address to add a background check to my profile, so I will have to close my account and start a new one, thus losing all my references and work experience up to that point.

I like care, but they could do better with their technical stuff, I had to make a 2nd account because my last name changed. Then I had to make a 3rd account because there were technical issues that they were not able to fix with the Calendar and my account being hidden. Third times a charm so far.

Care.com use scam artist tactics to steal money from child care providers and people with children. Child care is one of the most under funded, critical services and care.com still finds a way to funnel money from providers and guardians. When you sign up for care.com, as a provider and as a guardian, you are automatically enrolled in auto renewal and the subscription charges are non-refundable. The website makes it difficult to turn off the auto-renewal and when you are charged they will tell you they emailed you the information and they don’t have to refund it. This is so incredibly predatory and should be illegal.

Ceirra was fantastic!! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter to be with my grandchildren while their parents attended a wedding rehearsal dinner. She was on time and the children took to her immediately.

Needed a last minute babysitter and found one !
