TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO CARE.COM. Once they get your money they refuse to give it back. I tried to sign up for a monthly membership to try it out and they charged me for a yearly membership ($130) and refuse to refund me! They are a bunch of crooks! Please please stay away!!

Sometimes it takes patience to wait for the employer's reply. Not all are paid member.

The website is tricky to navigate! My husband is a software engineer and he had problems. Niecey E was amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about her. Did what she said! Showed up on time. Even stayed later (we competed her). Our girls loved her!! We will certainly want to book her again.

Care.com was relatively easy to use. I received over 35 candidates to choose from. It helped that Care.com had done some upfront screening. Made a selection that has the potential of being a perfect fit for my family.

Don’t give them your name or e-mail address. This is a terrible scam! It looks like a search platform, but it’s only purpose is to lock you into a membership at a crazy monthly fee on top of any hourly rate you’d pay the service staff. Also, there is no information about how to cancel your registration or membership, nor any contact details at all, except for signing up for membership. They will spam your mailbox with tons of service offers and you‘ll have no way to turn this crap off. I‘m checking legal options.

I think Care.Com is a great company . It’s easy to find new clients thru the company.
