message management!!! The system does not allow me to put messages into folders like "top applicants" or "don't want these" etc. I got more than 50 applicants and have no way to track them except to create a separate spreadsheet.

If I could put zero stars I would, I e been complaining for years about being thrown out of the site with error codes they have a serious virus, which doesn’t allow you to read correspondence or even write you have seconds to take a photo to read it, and also to respond, I’ve had so many users trying to contact me, it’s near impossible, and the help team don’t help, I’ve tried everything, I was paying but when paying didn’t get any refund, so refuse to pay, come on care.com don’t you care your losing so much business. I hope another company will own up doing the same with better customer service and fix their site.

This is one of the worst businesses I…
This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Don't take my word for it, try and call them and speak to a human being. It took me 20 minutes to find their phone number. It is no where on their website. I called the number. Surprise surprise it was a recording. It said "thank you for calling if you need help go to our website" click

Care.com did help me find a dog sitter…
Care.com did help me find a dog sitter almost two years ago. Since then I called to cancel and manually cancelled subscription (somehow they have two on me now) but continue to be billed. They auto renew, make it difficult to cancel and do not refund. I have not used them in almost two years and continue to be billed. They have shady billing practices and don’t respond to email inquiries. I would go elsewhere.

Onduidelijke voorwaarden en geen oplossing!
Website pretendeert een maand lidmaatschap aan te bieden maar dit blijkt later een automatische incasso te zijn met een doorlopend abonnement. Dit wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven! Daarnaast reageren de schoonmakers niet of nauwelijks; we hebben twee reacties gehad in 6 mnd. tijd. Ook als je zelf een bericht stuurt, krijg je nog steeds geen reactie. Een van de personen die reageerde bleek een oplichter te zijn; zijn profiel was later verwijderd. Sorry maar dit platform lost niets op en kost veel geld.

I would not use this person again
I would not use this person again. She was nearly 30 minutes late for our first meeting. I asked her to send me a text after each visit and she did not do this without me prompting her repeatedly . She claimed her car battery died (and it may have) but she did not complete the visits as agreed and did not want to take an Uber to completed the visits as agreed. Lastly I was told she took her dog to visit my elderly parent. She did not ask me ahead of time if that was okay. I would not have agreed.

Wow, they must make tons on the autorenewal
Wow. I had no idea I was signed up for care.com. At some point I must have inquired on care but never followed through. Since then, the autorenewals have been proceeding. I honestly didn't see them and they are not every month. They don't email you or anything about a renewal reminder etc. They just charge your credit card.
