Another impersonal, over technologized website... and a company with unfair billing practices. I found one, mature responsible person there... the others were suspect and irresponsible. You cannot talk to a human being at a company that calls themselves CARE!! Absurd. They lure you into getting billed monthly, hoping that you will forget to cancel. I want my money back after the first month.

Rachel did a great job! Arrived early and quickly made the 3 kids comfortable with her presence. She fed the kids, got them ready for bed and the kids were sleeping when we came back to the condo.
