I've tried their service 2 times and is just a wasted money. I have 4 years of experience as aupair with references and dbs check. I applied to 21 job offers, no one replied. Just a waste of time and money.

I had the worst experience with Care.com for finding a childcare position. Despite applying for jobs over three months, I didn’t receive a single reply. Additionally, there is no email notification before your subscription auto-renews, and funds are deducted without notice. Their policy is inflexible with no refunds on subscription fees. Do not waste your money and time on this service.

Good experience. I just wish it had been made clear to me that I would not be able to message care providers even if they applied to my job request. Had I known that, I would have paid for premium from the start, and contact providers near me before they even saw my ad.
