We found a great housekeeper for Mom. However, I found the website to be a little clunky & hard to differentiate various people that we previously had contact with. I think the website could use a little help. When I had a billing issue & contacted your support folks, I got excellent service & a prompt return of my money. Thanks!!!

Colleen was absolutely outstanding in every way as she “dog sat“ our 4 1/2 pounds Maltese rescue. Colleen exhibited compassion, patience, and an unparalleled love of dogs. She not only earned our deep respect, but our admiration and gratitude as well. She was delightful and professional earning the love of our beloved Maltese Elli.

Kelsei kept us informed on how our dog…
Kelsei kept us informed on how our dog was doing. She sent text messages and photos. My dog is nervous and doesn't handle boarding. With Kelsei, my dog was happy and well taken care off.

SCAM-Stay Away
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Care.com is a SCAM that preys on families in desperate times trying to care for their elders. Their services yield few viable results and the whole process is sketchy. I did not find a caregiver through the service. I attempted to cancel my recurring subscription but they continued to charge me for two whole quarters. When I noticed the charge a few day ago, I emailed them to cancel the subscription and refund me just for the upcoming quarter that was just billed. They REFUSED…even after escalation to a supervisor. They now have over $400 of my money for a service that yielded no results and that I used actively for 2 weeks back in January. Talk about greedy opportunists.

three days in a row issue has…
Texts with “chat” three days in a row issue has still not been resolved. I have clients who sent in reviews that do not show up on my profile. When I spoke with the chat, they told me they could see it and then I was disconnected. I called three days in a row each day. Someone told me that they would get back to me within 48 hours. I still have not heard anything, and I still cannot see my reviews. Unable to speak with a real person!!!!

Absolute trash
Absolute trash. I have to travel to Scotland to visit a relative in hospital. I needed a sitter in a Scottish town so I signed up to the app. It was £25 to join. They didn't have any available sitters in the town I will be staying in. I suspect that lots of the profiles are fake as I messaged about 50 sitters and no one responded. I contacted chat. It took ages to chat with a person. They refused to refund me. What a rip off.
