My wife tried to sign-up to get a dog walker. 1. They demanded her date-of-birth, but it seems the only way to supply that was to go back, month-by-month, to find the correct day/month/year. At > age 70, that was a huge waste of time. 2. They refused to accept the photo of our dog, as they claimed it was "too dark." Not only untrue, but by supplying a breed, and weight, pretty much all similar dogs look the same. 3. Needless to say, we never received a further response. 4. Will never use Care.com for any purpose in future.
