Chat agent is horrible. Ended chat without event hearing my issue - three times! Horrible customer service.

False advertising. I chose a housekeeper at $20 an hour. After we had decided the number of cleanings I required, she increased her price to $35. Thanks, but I'll stick with Molly Maid.

The worst customer service possible. They take too money out of the payouts. The representatives just in chats with you without no reason the light of person hold onto your time for two weeks and not answer not cancel and not confirm any. I do not compensate for the loss of work and personal appointments. They have no empathy or care for those who work for them. They just want the money out of the clients.

I can't begin to tell you how horrible the customer service is! They charged my account after I cancelled, then after receiving a refund (had to get my bank to do it because they never responded to emails!) they again charged my account after they had cancelled my account. I caught the charges 4 months later and requested a refund from their care customer service only to receive an auto reply that this email was no longer being monitored. So I contacted my bank and again had them get it refunded. I received a reply from a very rude customer care person from the email account that "wasn't monitored" stating that I would not get a refund and that I wasn't owed anything. I told them it was fraudulent charges and I would get a refund and then I got another email from "the manager" again from the non-active email for their customer service (seems to be working just fine!) stating again that I would get no refund and was owed nothing back. Wow. Just wow! The absolute smugness, the horrible customer service! I will NEVER AGAIN use care.com DEAD TO ME. They just want $$$$$$!!!!

They reached back out to me and have no intention of making the situation right. The email is full of empty platitudes. I would avoid this company at all costs, it is a classic switch and bait subscription deal.

I had been on Care.com for over 10 years! I’m so disappointed that a family that I worked for just made allegations against me, and for reasons unknown. I received an email about not being able to work with Care.com anymore, AND I didn’t even get a chance to give more information from my side, assuming that we are on the same page as to what the issue MIGHT have been. If this is the case, I have screenshots that I would like to include. Based on the news lately about Care.com keeping money from their employees, they are the absolute last people that should be judging others! AND, that is a fact! I deserve to be reinstated!! Care.com can contact me directly, if they think that this situation could be worked out. BUT, Care.com trying to get my posted deleted is just NOT OK.
