You have a very good site, however, after sending out several applications, amazing only 1 responded. What makes it even more frustrating is that I tried to pay for the Premium, and every time I tried that, it gave me an error and asked me to come back later, I have better things to do than chase a site to actually pay7 for it. So what makes it even more crazy is that I cannot see who viewed my profile as I cannot pay for it-what's the point?

Unable to link my employer benefits to my account to give me access to communicate with applicates. I have tried to get help from the help desk by email. But I have not received a reply. I can't find a phone number to call anywhere. This is very frustrating when I need help with my grandson & don't have $40 to pay for a subscription that my employer covers already. I have interest but no way to reply back.

It's just a scam. I joined care.com in June as a nanny looking for a job. I have had many people interested in my profile and favourite me however not a single message from them. I did think that was abit odd but just assumed you have to have a membership maybe. So anyways I upgraded and messaged over 20 families and not a single one replied even those that were interested and favourited me. I also upgraded as it mentions on the page as one of the benefits of paying you can see who views your profile, so I wanted to see this but I just could not find this feature. So I reached out to one of the advisors via chat and asked them to which they said this is not something they do, so I asked why are they stating that as a benefit of upgrading when they don't and she said someone will reach out and discuss. I have had a few emails back and forth very contracting almost like I'm talking to different people each time and they have also refused to give me a refund.

Among all people that I tried to contact/ meet, only 2 persons showed up. Majority of the applicants have made me wait for their replies which never arrived. Some of them scheduled a meeting in my house and they didn't show up. I had an assumption that people listed on the website are seriously looking for a cleaning job. I got only one person that may be the right one for me. She'll start soon and I hope it goes well. Not sure what's going on.

This is an appalling company. I thought I had cancelled my subscription months ago only to find they are still charging on a direct debit. There is no customer service at all.

Customer service is not helpful at all. auto charged me for a service I no longer need and refused to refund me
