I've asked for the time of day Kelly walks my dogs to be corrected from morning to afternoon visits I have been unheard or ignored Also, Kelly did not walk the dogs yesterday and gave me notice of that cancellation

I paid for the premium service with unlimited full criminal checks and not a single criminal check was given. They had lots of sham excuses but the carers agreed and everyone followed the required process. It is a sham service Below they say to reach out but I did and there is no phone line and I still haven’t received the service I paid for.

A very caring and knowledgeable pet sitter, extremely easy to communicate with, super responsible, gracious and helpful. Jane kept sending us updates and pictures of our girl throughout our three day trip, and was extremely understanding and accommodating when our return was delayed due to weather conditions. This was our first experience with her caring for our dog but she made us feel very comfortable and secure in knowing our pooch is cared for with extraordinary kindness and thoughtfulness. We definitely fully recommend her!

I originally opened an account to find work, then I noticed I would reach out for a job that was available but I got no responses, seems if happened all the time. Logged in one day, and there was a message that my account was under review. Tried calling and could not get hold of anyone to speak to, sent a message then received a response that I had to pay again, I began to realize after signing up that this was a scam, of that I have no doubt!! I am actually entitled to a refund! It is 12/5/24, tried to log in to their app on my phone to see if there were any changes to my account, and the app now gives me an error ... must have been thrown of it, lol!
