Do not recommend. I signed up for a 1 month subscription. Nowhere was it made clear that this was actually an ongoing subscription where you would be charged monthly until you cancel. Site is glitchy and hard to navigate. Don’t waste your time or money

Zonder dat ze wat voor je doen, betaal je ongemerkt 35 euro per maand. Na inschrijving nooit meer een mail gekregen of gehoord dat ze een huishoudelijke hulp hadden gevonden. Schandalig!!!

I have several applicants for a cleaning job. I agreed with one cleaning person to come out the following week. The day and time came and the cleaning person didn't show at agreed time and would not respond to my messages that morning to confirm our appointment. I find this site to offer no real service. This hit or miss type of booking system is totally useless. I paid for a year subscription and will be talking with my credit card company to cancel and refund my account. Don't waste your time with this business app. It is a fly by night company!

So I signed up in 2018, used the service for a couple of months and happily made two payments of £35 and then £29. After which I thought I cancelled my account. Little did I know, that they started taking £29/month since Feb 2023. Just how did that happen? If I failed to cancel the service why no charge for a few years and then magically they re-started...? I lost total of £600. I asked for a refund which they declined and now I'm disputing charges via my bank. Read other reviews - same story being told over and over again. Run a mile!
