It took a while to set up meetings which could have gone smoother if the app worked better and made it easier to get in touch with the cleaners. Also I found that many of them advertise that they are willing to work for a certain fee and then they do a bait and switch and want double or triple what they advertise. But I finally found someone who I hope will work out well and was priced reasonably.

We initially used care.com to look for a child care assistant, I thought I was signing up to a 1 month period, little did I know that meant they would charge it every month. When I tried to cancel it on their website, my access to the account was restricted, and I could no longer confirm the cancellation. I emailed them to confirm that my subscription was cancelled, they confirmed it, well 2 months later they are still collecting payments. I had to change my bank details. Such behaviour is unacceptable and likely intentional. They take advantage of young families and this deserves to be highlighted in the wider media.

Absolute scam. I placed an ad to look for a minder in 2019 and somehow must of signed up to a subscription but it doesn't sound like something I would ever do.Anyway they proceeded to take over a 1000 euro off me in intervals...small so I wouldn't notice I guess.There was no communications and emails from them. I got an email replay to say they were sorry that I was unaware of their automatic renewal policy!

I had an issue with the fact that all of my 8 reviews were showing up and visible on the phone app, but only 6 of the reviews were showing up if people were using their computers and accessing the site via the website instead of the phone app. Azul was my customer service rep and while he could not fix the issue, he was very professional during the entire chat. Apparently the platform has had glitches (I've read about them over the last several years) and is still in the middle of updating. Didn't resolve the issue, but Azul was genuinely caring.
