The website is great & straight forward. I do notlike that I have to wait a certain amount of business days in order for my payment to be received after I complete a job. Also the fee that is deducted from my money to process my payment i am assuming by a 3rd party (the fee is to high $25.00)

BEWARE! While there are wonderful caregivers. Many warned me that there are predatory people on the site, which I encountered. I tried to canceled, but was billed for three months until I noticed. I wish I could give this company a "0." I was not informed that my "one-time" payment wold reoccur every three months.

Care.com has engaged in fraudulent business practices that are both unethical and infuriating. Since March 2023, they have been billing me monthly despite the fact that I never received any notifications of these charges, nor did I extend my membership. I hadn’t logged into the platform for over 20 months, yet they continued charging my account without any communication or consent. They claimed it was in the subscriptions tab. That is a lie. Canceling the membership was unnecessarily difficult, but what truly made the experience maddening was the lack of accessible customer support. Finding an email or contact information for assistance was an exhausting process. When I finally reached Customer Care, I was essentially told there was no recourse, leaving me stuck with months of unauthorized charges. It’s worth noting that the FTC has already sued Care.com for similar fraudulent practices, so it’s shocking that they are still operating this way. This experience has been a complete violation of trust, and I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their practices are deceptive, their customer service unhelpful, and their accountability nonexistent.

Oplichters. Zonder dat je er erg in hebt zit je stiekum aan een premium account vast en schrijven ze 35,- EUR per maand van je rekening. En er wordt niets dan ook niets geleverd.

Pure criminaliteit. Betalen en dan je account zonder opgaaf van reden blokkeren. Ook geen bevestiging dat je je geld terug krijgt. Het gaat hier waarschijnlijk om een 100% puur crimineel bedrijf. Wegblijven, zeer gevaarlijk. Veel meegemaakt maar zelfs dit had ik niet verwacht. Ik ben nog niet klaar met dit bedrijf.
