The experience that I had with our sitters, single-handedly secured my faith in using Care.com. She came to the job on time, communicated well. Asked good questions, was polite, easy to work with and filled our need on super short notice. Even our conversations after the job were encouraging. So thankful to have found a trusted and kind person for our out of town wedding. If we're ever in the city again, we would for sure reach out and use her services and feel confident using Care.com.

I did 4 requests. It went out to about 17 people. No one was available. Communication was poor. One was booked but there was faulty communication and mixed information between the chat and the booking info mixing up dates. Sitter did not respond after first chat message.

Care giver went ghost and did not contact me back with verification information requested about having a license and insurance since the job was to drive me to a medical procedure. She also did not show up on the assigned day so I was stranded and had to take public transportation to and from the hospital.

The booking is not showing that I marked her for hire. So on her end it looks like the booking was not confirmed. Please help.

She was wonderful. My daughter loved her and can’t wait to see her again.

I signed up as a Caregiver in 2024. The app had my email address from 2016 as a pet sitter. From the start they easily took the $19 set up fee but kept blocking me out. Then, they tricked me into buying their motor vehicle and background check package not knowing all caregivers have a ' carecheck' I live in Orange County CA and they want us to use fees at or below minimum wage. The app itself is not user friendly. I spent a total of $80 and it's been over two weeks. Not only have I not gotten any jobs but not even any response. It's time consuming and worthless. I would use this as a last result! A CL ad or a post in nextdoor or social media would do you better and THEY'RE FREE!

Hard to give a fair review because it was the day before Christmas and house was in a little bit of disarray

The app is poorly designed and barely functional. The service is a great and I will continue to use it while hoping that they will improve the functionality of the app.
