The girl was a con artist, begged to be a contract/self-employed company, agreed to every other week end off. 1st day came in demanding all weekends off and changing agreed structure of the weekly verbal contract before signing it on paper, refused to bring her ID to verify she was who she said she was, tried to make us feel bad for asking for ID, then got made and left the 84 year old alone unless we agreed to her new terms…Refused to honor her contract, We had to hire emergence help at 3 times the rate of her contract… This was horrible! Cares background check should in clued a verified scan of the person ID, Licenses or Pass Port

Subscription model is very opaque - charged me for a year on an inactive account and would not refund. Bank won’t refund because they claim it was an active subscription.

You cannot cancel and get your money back. I paid for one year and decided I didn’t want to renew it so I took all my credit card information out. Plus, I told him to cancel my account so it was not gonna be canceled till the end of the year subscription. Well, they renewed it anyway with an expired debit card. That they had of had in my record somewhere that they kept so I would never do business with them again..

It would be nice that the caregivers would not be on the site if they are already busy or employed have reached out to several and couple them said they already have people to take care of and others that they’re going to school

You are charging for your service to even speak to a care worker. I have found a way around this situation. I know longer need to pay you for your help.

Was able to find the right person easily.

I signed up for an account and followed the steps to verify my ID. I spent 2hrs searching for nannies and wrote a few brief/ generic messages to applicants for my toddler. My account was Blocked for suspicious activity with no other explanation. They have an Appeal form, but it doesn't work/submit. So I had no recourse, and can't access my Subscription or Support since it won't allow me to log in now. Had to go through my cc company to contest each charge.
