Marnie was very respectful and polite. My dog took to her real quick, showing me that she will be a great friend for him, when I’m not around. I felt like I could trust her not only with my dog but my home. Would highly recommend her, for your needs as well!

I joined to find a carer for my mum. How the membership fees work and what those fees are was not made clear at the beginning. I'd now like to delete my account. How to do this is also unclear. Information I've been given is incorrect. Definitely not recommended.

trying to find senior care for my mother in law with 'regular' care companies is hard, due to their set, block schedules for their care givers. we seem to be wasting a lot of money, since the loved one likes to sleep. here we can search for AND FIND! direct , personal hires we can talk about our specific needs, allowing for a personal schedule. this site is allowing to find exactly what we need!

Care.com’s website and app are ridiculously terrible. It’s absolutely absurd how horrible their technology is. Doing anything takes forever, and updating job info and anything else is a literal nightmare. I thought it may just be the app and went to their website on my computer—same thing! Whoever your app and web developers are, fire them! It should never be this hard in 2025 to navigate a website/app. Absolutely ridiculous…

If I could give no stars I would. Customer care is non existent, they deactivated my account with no reasoning after operating for months with no problem. They’ve told me my background check came back weird but the background check company said I’m clear. I’ve also had my background check cleared via urban sitter and a private family in the last two weeks so I know this is wrong. They keep pretending like they’ve resolved the issue - I message, no message back, then I get an auto email saying resolved. Such a joke of a company, can we cancel them already?
