It’s nearly impossible to speak to anyone actual person from the company, there is no phone number to call & the AI chat doesn’t work. I’ve had SEVERAL issues with sitters I’ve hired, they hire incompetent sitters on the app and they also charge a ridiculous amount for the subscription to use the app. My children have been neglected, sitters have decided to leave during their sitting times, sitters have been booked and just don’t show up or respond to calls/texts/messages. and there is no customer service to help. I do not recommend anybody uses this to find any type of care for your family members, I’m disgusted with this company.

What a terrible experience. I needed help with transportation and care for a colonoscopy. One person cancelled at the last minute and I had to reschedule. The other ones never responded. DO NOT pay for a subscription. You can cancel and they continue to bill and make it almost impossible to stop your subscription online.

I just opened account at care.com this evening (6/6/25) and their system charged me for a quarterly membership fee instantly. When I was chatting with one of their team (CS). He told me that my account was closed! What.. !? How could they took my money easily and then closed my account without giving me a confirmation first. I opened my account on care.com since I thought they have good caregivers there, but after having this matter that make me doubtful. I should give just one star, but one of their team (CS) helped and confirmed me that my case will be reviewed (got fixed) next week, he said due to the weekend. Hopefully they will fix this case soon! Otherwise no body will trust in their care.com anymore !?? It's a scam 😞!!

Total scam and useless site. They charged me even though I cancelled my membership from this useless service. They refused to give me a refund for this unauthorised payment. Customer Service is pathetic. You can't get a job even if you buy the most expensive membership. Total waste of money and time. Shame on these people.

I have used Care.com several times in the past trying to find a decent caregiver. No one reads the job listing, they say they have experience and they DO NOT! Now I am receiving messages from job applicants and when I respond back, I never hear anything more from them. Obviously, they are not receiving my replies! Also, why does just about every senior caregiver also have a profile in childcare?? This is like a scam!! What is going on????

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Customer service has never, not once, replied to direct emails. And none of the family job listings are vetted for accuracy-90% give full time hours stating something like ‘Monday through Saturday 9-7’ and then the description is ‘babysitter needed a couple hours a day a couple times a week.’ Why isn’t anyone monitoring job postings to make sure they reflect information that is actually helpful for the person looking? I can’t believe I wasted time signing up, gave personal identification information for a background check and paid for a membership for such garbage. Canceling immediately.

I didn’t sign up for monthly services. I signed up for one month only. Care.com keeps taking money out of my bank account. I cancelled but I get no email saying I cancelled. I signed up for one month services for a visiting relative for childcare. It says I signed up for continuous services for elderly. They are a scam. Will report to authorities. Can’t get anyone on the phone or email.

Care.com no tiene un teléfono para sus usuarios. Si tienes un reclamo nadie te ayuda. Me ha pasado que aparece una oportunidad de trabajo y cuando respondo automáticamente ya esta no contratando! Cómo es posible ver un trabajo hace 1 hora lo publican y en cuanto respondo ya no están contratando y esto mal está pasando hace varios años. Soy cliente desde 2020 y pago premium . Quien me aclara lo que está pasando? No tienen teléfono de servicio al cliente
