I think I hired Kimberly but at this time I am not sure. I have not heard from her or Care.com to confirm the appointment. Should I just assume that she is coming on Sept. 17? Frankly, I would like some confirmation.

Very prompt response from members when booking a babysitter for the evening. The website is user-friendly and allows me to review the sitters before hiring. The sitters themselves are also very responsive.

Absolutely dont use this app.i couldn't get math tutor, and unfortunately I payed every month,and u didn't signed up for monthly, but some how they apps locked u up monthly,when I called them,this is not right,and answer is this is our policy and we dont do refund. Absolutely not recommended at all

Seeing the pictures and the bios and the caregivers location and what they charge was very helpful along with knowing they have been background checked.

I am an Ofsted registered Childminder. I set up a profile on care.com to find people who need childcare in my local area and match my profile. My description was genuine and very clear (with a recent profile photo) but today care.com randomly sent me an email to tell me that my account has been closed. They have given me no reason, no warning in advance, nothing! I have only been on their website for a bit more than a month and I have not done anything wrong. I sent an email to ask for a proper explanation but I still haven't received a reply. It is a very disappointing experience. My advice to other people: be careful before you sign up and I would not pay until you know for sure care.com is not going to delete your account out of the blue. Fortunately I was just a basic member. Update: after three weeks they restored my account saying it was an error. I received one month premium membership for free.

I signed up to look for a housekeeper, creating account and paying for a month of service. After creating the account, I played a game of chess and immediately got an e-mail that my account was closed. I had not had any activity on the site yet, but they closed my account within 20 minutes of joining. Customer service took 3 days to respond and gave no reason as to why they just took my money.
