Care.comReviews of care.com

Care.com has been a wonderful platform to highlight my caregiving experience. I am able to share my experience, references and have a backround check done for a nominal fee. It's a wonderful site for anyone looking to hire a caregiver as well as someone seeking employment as a caregiver. I would highly recommend Care.com!

There are many areas to improve. When you view an applicant from job view a range is shown for hourly rate. When I view the applicant in messaging a fixed rate is shown which is usually the high end of range. This is misleading information and you are putting service providers in a situation where they have to defend their rate. Make hourly rate info uniform in all views. I have had no response from safety team after I reported a service provider who was harassing via the messaging feature. This provider should have been banned from the site already, it's been 24 hrs.

My first time on the site and there aren't any instructions. There needs to be a way to add more detail.

Megan is a fun, creative, and call caregiver. She handled my daughter’s initial separation anxiety with ease. My daughter calls her “fun Megan” and asks about her after she leaves. She’s communicative a responsible!

I am paying extra for background checks, & I can’t use them. I don’t see anything regarding technical support and I’m very frustrated with your website. This is stopping me from hiring the caregiver that I need.

Horrendous customer service and account issues with no issue resolution. I got the runaround of just being told over and over they are sorry for the inconvenience. Paid for a 3 month service, posted a job, responded to the applicants, wasn't getting responses back, then 28 days later was asked to upload verification documents and spent an hour talking to customer service to be told this is why I haven't been able to communicate with the applicants, but they couldn't provide an answer as to why it took 28 days to ask for additional verification that was preventing me from contacting the applicants. They refused to credit the month or offer an additional month. I uploaded the documents, 24 hours later still can't get into my account, tried using the chat system which kept assigning an agent then dropping again. I am only using this site because of helping a client with finding care but will 100% never use them again and will strongly recommend any of my future clients also not ever use them. They are truly the worst

i haven’t heard anything else still working on getting somebody out here.

Fast and quite a few positive responses that were able to fill the need for me. Very nice responses.
