How the hell am I supposed to know? I just marked hired, she's only been here to assess our home and quote. Y'all ask questions before anything is ever done. I just don't get it.

I had an issue with my account being mistakenly closed, which caused me a lot of concern as I had many important reviews there for my housekeeping work — my main source of income. However, after posting my complaint here on Trustpilot, Care.com responded promptly and resolved the issue by reopening my account. They also offered a £10 refund of my Premium payment as an apology. I truly appreciate their support and hope to continue using the platform with confidence and mutual respect from the Care.com team.

I have found some amazing family through Care.com. Some are used for date nights, some I’ve been working for for several years. It’s been a great platform!!!
