One star only because a star was required. Mobile and web interface - awful. Slow, not easy to navigate. Push notifications rarely work. Quality of candidates - awful. There needs to be a better way of weeding out the folks that don't read the job posting. Customer service - sub-par. I'm still waiting on a response (over a week) for a background check I ordered (and paid for) a month ago. Was directed to contact the background check company myself, and all of the emails posted bounce back, no answers the phone - not even a bot. I just requested a refund, which I am sure I'll never receive.

I felt like it was easy to find people who could help me with my elderly mother. You could describe what you needed and people would respond if they wanted to help. Also, I was able to look at people's profiles and find someone that worked out really well for us.

Used Care.com 2x for my dogs.Both times had a positive experience with the 2 women who stayed at my home while away. Would use Care.com again, but find it to be very expensive for local help in my area

The only negative would be the fee to talk to someone, but the quality caregivers I have hired from this site has been very good, and reliable, honestly I was surprised.
