I was using this to find recruits for my cleaning company and after five months I canceled my subscription, but somehow my account was kept on auto renewal and I was charged for several additional months without any use. They absolutely do not offer refunds and will not allow you to speak to any representative they only provide email responses when trying to get any sort of credit. On top of that I did not find any qualified candidates that I ended up hiring.

Bottom line is Care has referred many more qualfied to very qualified caregivers at prices lower than I experienced from local offerings whose fees raise the take home for the caregiver. I ask myself if it makes sense to pay handsome fees to a service that produces few potential candidates that don’t seem to have been vetted. My answer is Care.com does provide a service and the caregiver and client benefit.

Your website is extremely inadequate and not accurate.

First, I need to say that no matter how many times I correct the heading from "nanny" to "HOUSEKEEPER," it ALWAYS returns to "nanny"! Regarding booking my HOUSEKEEPER, it has gone well... on my 5th try! All previous candidates wanted to charge many times (from 2-7 times!) the rate listed on their profile, or didn't return phone calls, or repeatedly changed their scheduled time, or canceled at the last minute! It has taken an inordinate amount of time to find someone who follows through on her promises (at least so far, after only one visit)!

The person that I chose was a great choice. Jennifer is very kind, considerate and positive person. She is prompt always check in with me the day before and quite frankly is a people person. Please I feel it is important that the individuals know about how they represent you in the field.Thank you

Well due to financial issues I have not been able to set appointment yet!! But I'm praying 🙏 that by December or January I will definitely start!!!!

Easy to navigate. From setting up the tax account to closing out the account when my mom went into a care facility they were so easy to work with. Great service if you need to call for assistance. Great communication. I was really dreading having to do payroll for the home health I needed to for my mom but it was so easy!! Thank you!!!
